Charles Samuel Pepple, is a Geologist and Petroleum engineer with excellent technical, analytical and communication skills demonstrated by over 33 years of industry experience. He is an Oil and Gas industry professional with extensive management and engineering experience in drilling engineering, drilling and completions and cementing fluids. Mr. Pepple has worked for both National and International Operators and service providers over time. His experiences cover operational and technical management of the business with a passion for mentoring and personnel development.
He also possesses skills and knowledge of managing project operations with strong bias in engineering products research and development and their application in technologically evolving markets. He maintains contact with key agents in the oil and gas sector and ensures that all training curriculum offered at the school is updated in line with the needs of the industry as technology and work practices evolve.
Mr. Pepple has consulted on fluids development, applications and training, both domestic and internationally based. He has been a consultant for major oil companies, fluid service companies and major chemical manufacturers in the international drilling and production chemicals industry. Mr. Pepple has trained over 500 graduate engineers since 2007 in Fluids engineering. He actively participated in the Federal government of Nigeria Amnesty program on human capacity development, producing 143 students in the prolific Oil and Gas Rig-hands training.
